Dr. Chorzempa received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loyola University in 1974.  He also attended Loyola University as an undergraduate.

Dr. Chorzempa associated in a dental practice in Glenview, Il. until opening his practice in Buffalo Grove in 1976.

Professional memberships include the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the Pierre Fauchard Academy.

Dr. Chorzempa served on the faculty of Loyola University School of Dentistry as Assistant Professor of Removable Prosthetics. In 2000, Dr. Chorzempa became a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry.

In addition to his love of dentistry, Dr. Chorzempa loves to ride his Harley-Davidson Electra-Glide Classic.

Dr. Ziah received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loyola University School of Dentistry in 1980. He joined Dr. Chorzempa that year in the full time practice of general dentistry.

Professional memberships include the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Society.

Dr. Ziah previously served on the faculty of Loyola University School of Dentistry as Assistant Clinical Professor of Endodontics. In 1997, Dr. Ziah became a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Ziah attended Northwestern University as an undergraduate and remains a big Wildcat fan. He has a passion for golf.
